Delivery
Delivery usually takes between 12 and 15 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
No, we only deliver to the UK at the moment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order in real-time directly on our website under the "Order Tracking" tab.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service with photos of the damage at the following email address: contact@omnitrx.com. We will arrange for an exchange or a refund. Feel free to check our refund policy.
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to make the necessary changes to the delivery address.
Home delivery is free.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or pick up your package at a relay point.
Yes, during checkout, you will have the option to specify a delivery address different from your billing address.
